Dr. J M Feheney is a member of the Presentation Brothers, an international congregation of religious Brothers founded by Blessed Edmund Rice in Ireland in 1802.
Dr. Feheney's distinguished academic career includes degrees from the National University of Ireland, Cork (BSc, MSc, HDipEd), the University of West Indies (MA), and the University of London (MEd, PhD).
